SALT. Jahn is the other 20th-anniversary titanium wrap: a streamlined, slightly more architectural aviator than Crue, in aerospace-grade Japanese titanium. SALT. writes 1990s California — architecture meeting fashion, quiet confidence. We sell it as a metal wrap with 8-base polarized CR-39 and a 13 mm bridge that has to be checked on the face.
Aerospace-grade Japanese titanium, interior matting, proprietary stopper hinges, custom temple-tip etching, 8-base polarized CR-39, 20th-anniversary plaque. Limited production. Designed in California. Handcrafted in Japan. $650.
Who it’s for. Anyone who wants a titanium wrap that reads cleaner and lower than Crue. 66 mm eye, 13 mm bridge, 135 mm temples, 42 mm depth. The 13 mm DBL is the same tight bridge as Crue; the lens is longer and shallower. Fit in person.
Shape. Streamlined wrap aviator (sun). Manufacturer tags the shape as aviator.
Material. Aerospace-grade Japanese titanium; proprietary stopper hinges; custom temple-tip etching. 8-base polarized optical-grade CR-39. Coatings: AR, hydrophobic, oleophobic. The Details accordion does not list plated hinges on Jahn (omitted).
